Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hivex LLC (“Interractive”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile applications (the “Apps”) and this website. If an App has its own privacy notice, that notice applies in addition to this one.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: such as your email address when you contact support or create an account, and any content you choose to enter in an App.
• Usage and diagnostics: anonymous or pseudonymous data like crash reports, performance metrics, device model and OS version, used to keep the Apps stable.
• Purchases: payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full payment details.
• Advertising identifiers: some of our Apps may collect them, only if that App shows ads, and only with your permission where required (for example Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt).

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Apps.
• To respond to support requests.
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Our Apps may use trusted third-party services (for example analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting or ad networks). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Each App's store listing describes the specific data it collects.

The service providers we currently use include:

• PostHog (analytics and crash reports)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can delete your account from within any App that offers accounts, or email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) unless an App's listing says otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above.

Stride

Stride is a tracker for weekly GLP-1 injections, weight, body measurements and progress photos.

Data that stays on your device

Your logs (injections, doses, medicine, weight, measurements, goals), your profile (name, gender, height) and your progress photos are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared. Photos are kept in the app's private storage, not your photo gallery. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Usage data and crash reports

Unless you turn it off in Menu > Your data > "Share anonymous usage data", Stride sends anonymous usage data (screens visited, app opens and short session recordings in which every screen is fully hidden) and crash reports to PostHog, our analytics provider. This never includes your logs, numbers, names or photos, and is linked only to a random anonymous identifier.

Purchases

Stride Plus is sold through Google Play. Payments are handled by Google; we never see your card details. RevenueCat, our subscription provider, receives a record of your purchases and an anonymous identifier so that Plus can be unlocked and restored.

Advertising

Stride shows no ads, and does not use the advertising ID.

Health information

Stride is a tracking tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnose or recommend doses.

Deleting your data

Your health data and photos never leave your device; use "Erase all data" in the app or uninstall it. To ask us to delete your anonymous usage data or purchase records, email [email protected].
